EXISTING USERS
ATTENTION: Before installing the new ArkWorks installation package with the updated database, please ensure that you have created a full back-up of your existing ArkWorks data. Please click here for step-by-step instructions on how to prepare a full back-up.
In order to utilize the new database and features you must uninstall and reinstall using the new installation package. Please note that this is not available via an upgrade within the program.

Upon completion of the server install, you will need to restore your existing ArkWorks data to the new database. Please click here to access step-by-step instructions on how to restore your data.
